Our Pet Hotel Features:

  • 50 Indoor Heated & Air-Conditioned Suites
  • Raised Resting Benches
  • (3) 20-Minute Outdoor Play Periods Per Day
  • All Pets Are Required To Have Updated Vaccines (Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordatella, Flu Shot)
  • We also board Cat, Birds, and other Small Animals

CAPSTAR

Capstar is a requirement. Your dog or cat will receive this as soon as they enter the kennel, even if your dog or cat is on Frontline, Advantage, etc.

CHECK IN & OUT POLICY

Just like a regular hotel, The Waggy Tail charges per night, regardless of what time your pet is dropped off. Check-out is any time before closing.

GROOMING POLICY

If your pet is being bathed or groomed on the departure date, he or she will not be ready before noon and sometimes later on busy days and around holidays. Please feel free to call and find out what time would be best to pick up your pet. There is no grooming done on Sundays. If you are picking up your pet on Sunday, your pet will be groomed late Saturday afternoon.
